Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Our low pupil to teacher ratios also mean we have enough time to focus on individuals and address their own particular needs. At Tenderlinks, we celebrate the uniqueness of all the children we care for, and our practitioners adapt their approach so that each individual child can learn and develop at their own pace.

Although we carefully plan all of our activities to make the curriculum inclusive to all, we also recognise that some children have specific educational needs or disabilities which mean they need extra support. In these cases, we endeavour to work collaboratively with parents to ensure that we not only provide support for these children, but we also help them have the best experience possible during their time with us.

If you’d like more information about the ways we identify and support children with special educational needs, a separate, detailed SEN statement is available.
