About our Team

Nursery Manager: Caroline

Hello, My name is Caroline – Manager of Tenderlinks Day Nursery Twickenham.

I have 3 grown up children and 11 grandchildren. Starting my working life in an office as a Personal Secretary to the President. I met and married my husband Michel in France where we spent 25 years between there and England.

After helping out at my daughter’s school it was evident that I was destined to work with children. Gaining my qualifications I took a Teaching job at a Primary School where I stayed for 20 years, after which I decided to leave and broaden my horizons, therefore working in several day nurseries as a Deputy Manager.

I have been in Education for over 30 years in total.

My aspirations for the nursery and my team is to gain an Outstanding rating with Ofsted
